A former Counters Secretary for the York & District Amal Branch, as well as the Area Health & Safety Representative, Nancy became the Regional Counters Chair for the North East Region, and was subsequently elected as Territorial Counters Chair when the post was created.

 

Nancy held these roles until they were abolished as part of the restructuring as part of the Industrial Relations Framework Agreement 2010, when she took on the role of Area Representative for the North East of England Area
