Managing the Surplus Framework Agreement 2009 (MTSF)
An updated version,
pulling together the changes since the introduction of MTSF2, this
agreement deals with issues such as Voluntary redundancy and excess travel
terms where there is a surplus.
Renegotiated around the edges, it introduced the concept of TMA
(n.b. For Arthur.C. Clark fans, That’s not an Alien
Monolith, it’s Termination by Mutual Agreement).

Attendance Procedure
An agreement that sets out
how POL deal with members whose pattern of attendance falls below the
expected standard, and what they must take into account when deals with the
individual.

member. This agreement ensures that
it is done so in a way that encourages good behaviour, and focuses on
prevention rather than punishment.
