Managing the
Surplus Framework Agreement (MTSF)
An updated version after the
introduction of MTSF2, this agreement deals with issues such as Voluntary
redundancy and excess travel terms where there is a surplus. Renegotiated around the edges, it
introduced the concept of TMA (n.b. For Arthur.C. Clark fans, That’s not an
Alien Monolith, it’s Termination by Mutual Agreement).

Ill Health
Procedures
