Hailing from the Glasgow & District Amal Branch, Liam was elected as Regional Counters Rep for Scotland & Northern Ireland when the post was first created, having previously been a field official for the Glasgow District.  Liam continued as Territorial Counters Representative for the Northern Territory when that post was created. 

 

Liam was successfully elected as one of the Northern Territorial Representatives in 2010 as part of the new Industrial Relations Framework
